300 WEST
300 West is a collaboration between Issac & Stern and Paris Forino that infuses classic architecture with luxury design. This new development reimagines uptown Manhattan living, with a deferential nod to Historic Harlem.
In a nod to the classic elements that easily complement an architecturally progressive building, the visual identity balances a modern, high-style extended sans-serif with a minimal logomark. Three entwined C’s reinterpret the Roman Numeral CCC (300) for a simple, bold mark that allows us to complement a subdued design language with expressive gestural illustrations.
The sales gallery replicates the building’s signature details and uses oversized photography and hand-drawn maps to drive a neighborhood-focused conversation. Amenity models replace a traditional building model and celebrate each space in its own right.
The neighborhood photography takes a soft and appreciative tone, with a focus on architectural details, intimate composition and natural lighting.
